Perfect Free Fasting App

I have been using this app for a while now and have always found it to be a great space for keeping track of my fasting. I like how I can see the different stages of fasting, information and tips on how to manage my fast. I would say this is the most useful fasting app out there!

My feedback for the app is regarding the live activity on the lock-screen. There are 2 bugs including: fasting ‘state’ doesn’t update, even with background refresh turned on, the app left open in the background and most updated app, sometimes it stays in a certain status even though I have gone to the next stage. I have also noticed when the screen is locked the time of fasting gets too large and time gets cut off and looks a bit messy.

Regarding the issue you mentioned about live activities on the lock screen, the time update displayed in the timer on the lock screen is affected by the phone system. You can try swiping left the timer on the lock screen to clear it, then restart the app to see if that helps.

In addition, the font size of the time displayed on the timer follows your phone system. You can try reducing the system font size to see if the time displays correctly.

No fuss, user friendly and useful tips - Love it!!

I wanted something not too confusing and this is simple and very easy to use. I love the tips, they definitely helped me set my goals and stick to them. Fasting is not for everyone, but this app certainly helps!! Will consider paying for the premium version to support them, they’ve certainly earned it

The app is not the same anymore

I used to love this app! Specially because it wasn’t like every usual calorie counter app, and you could just upload a picture of your food and keep track of what you eat and fasting. But with the recent update every food you log in you have to count the calories. Although I understand that the app is progressing in bringing new things, but you cannot just remove features from the app that I pay the subscription for. Hope you bring back the opportunity to NOT count the calories and just keep track of what I eat in pictures, otherwise I won’t be able to use this app anymore, unfortunately..

You can scan the food pictures to directly generate food information, or you can enter it manually. When recording food manually, you only need to enter the food name and weight.
