Secure access
Once the app is installed and your profile is created, you can access it using a 5-digit secret code. For your security, the app is automatically locked after 3 minutes of inactivity.

App okay terrible customer service
The app better work for you because you’re not going to get any other customer service… One of the app’s functionalities doesn’t work for me and it’s impossible to find a solution: they take days to reply on the chat only to direct me to their phone line, and on the phone they told me book an appointment with a bank only to tell me appointments must be booked on the app, which also doesn’t work…

Not happy at all
Since the first day when I open my account, the app never work.
The card and the car reader not connect to the app !
The only thing I will do is close this account I opened 3 days ago. Because is useless and frustrating.
One positive point the card e car reader come to my address in 3 days.
