Improvements for the app
Can you fix the app please. This is because I tried to refer a friend and it wouldn’t work at all. The app if good and I did my welcome to inditex training and it wouldn’t give me an award yet it is 100%. Please fix the app ASAP and thank you.
Issues with ID recognition
I’ve been trying to long into my account with INET for 5 days now after I restarted my contract. The app doesn’t seem to recognise me as an employee which is very strange. I’ve had this exact issue with the first time I ever had to use the app. I was told to keep trying and eventually it’d work. However I still have the same issue. This isn’t just happening to me, it’s going around to all the new workers at the company. There doesn’t seem to be any system update whatsoever so the issue couldn’t be coming up from my device. It’s purely in its system.
Employees
You can request a new password only once every 24hours, although even if you know your password it still going to say that your details are incorrect, so you must request another one, but you can do it from the next day. Works 1/5 times
