in.touch 2 streamlined application makes it very easy to control and program functions and features of your spa from your smartphone or your tablet, even when you’re away from home. Push notifications will always keep you informed on the status of your spa, even when your app is not open.
Even when you’re away from home, you can get a full control of your water-care settings, filtration cycles, water temperature, economy modes, accessories and a lot more.
Requirements:
To use this app, you need the in.touch 2 transmitters from Gecko Alliance. There is no compatibility with the in.touch first generation.

When it works it’s ok
App is VERY temperamental. Might connect mgmt not, all other “smart” services on my network can be working fine, including those I can access remotley - e.g cameras, smart switches, solar system etc, but Spa Control will throw errors, or will not execute Alexa commands “Sorry, I'm having trouble accessing your My Spa Control Skill right now” or “ Something went wrong. The request could not be completed” tech support will always suggest the issue is on your side, even when you’ve changed absolutely nothing. Then without doing anything it will start working again. So far it hasn’t worked for 4 days, maybe this time it has packed up for good?!
Can’t cope with Summer Time
This App is “OK” but could be a lot better. The connectivity is ephemeral, but usually you can manage to make the connection after a few tries.
Worst for me is its inability to handle time. The Water Care section lets you set times that the Spa should be in economy mode (11C cooler) As I have cheap electricity between 2am & 5am I like to turn off Economy between these times. When I first set this up (in winter) I noticed that always ran 30 minutes earlier than I wanted, thus using full price electricity, so I added 30 minutes to all the programmed times.
Then we changed to Summer time and the off-peak heating started 30 minutes later than the programmed times, so i had to change all the times again.
It seems to me that the programmer couldn’t be bothered with handling Summer time and set it at an average over the year. Not good enough!
Frustrating
It’s great if it works. So temperamental! I’m sure it’s a bug that can be fixed. We (everyone who’s written a review) are all having the same problem.
My module in the house is right next to the tub outside, it’s not like my tub gets up and walks to the end of the yard and loses signal.
It doesn’t connect more than it does connect. Just loads for ages then says ‘error’.
I know it’s not my WiFi as I have 1gig fibre with a mesh system and everything stays connected all the time. Just this 1 app that fails.
Please fix it, it was an expensive addition and it doesn’t work properly
