Bitesize but powerful
The app so far has been incredibly interesting, simple to learn and easy to get sucked into. I have been using this app for the past 45 minutes or so and have learnt so much already; enough to apply to life. This app is something that everyone can benefit from, no matter their history. While I haven’t had the full use of this app yet, I am thoroughly enjoying it and feeling more confident that I can grow deeper bonds with my loved ones in such a simple way. Very happy so far!
Best parenting advice I’ve received
Having read a number of parenting books and blogs, this app surprised me. The information provided is not just helpful, but life changing. It allowed me to open my eyes to new ways of helping an upset child. My partner and I both agree it’s an important priority to learn and apply these techniques. We’ve found that small changes in our responses as parents are helping us to connect with our child. Looking forward to learning more!
Really making a difference
I’ve only been using this app for a couple of days and already I’m seeing the benefits in how I’m thinking about and relating to my partner. A lot of the information about making deep bonds with my children resonates with how I try to relate with them already but the videos and reminders use clear and comprehensive techniques that are both reassuring and encouraging. I love how the app reminds me to check in on myself and how I am feeling.
