Impulse - Brain Training Games 4+

I have played the Impulse games for a very short period of time so far, but have loved every minute of it. Plenty of information, additional lesson, demos, variety of games and challenges, and is a a lot of addictive fun, too - it really works on all levels: visual, mindful, emotional, it improves the focus, the way of learning, the memory, the speed of physical reaction, the speed of mental reaction.
The games (at these early levels) so far have been quite easy, logical and doable. Now and then a real challenge occurs - and I expect this to happen even more often at the further stages - can’t wait!
The maths games are great, my favourite! The words games may need a little more further development to include wider aspects of word combinations - something may be happening at the higher levels? To be seen.
But there are plenty of visual fun to have, such as the Trash and Light bulbs games.
Altogether - great tool to lose yourself in a lot of fun and learning.

I first found this app from a TikTok by RJ (I forgot his actual handle) but he was talking about apps you should download. I saw Impulse mentioned and I tried it out and I can say firsthand, this is one of the best apps in its field. The games are fun and actually help me with my different mental skills, the design of the app and it’s style looks so good and whenever I use it, it’s a satisfying experience. However, there are a few minor things that I don’t love. For example, the tests are all the same where you get a question/statement, and you select from 1-5 how much you agree with it. After a while of doing these tests, it felt repetitive (but the results are very educational and always help). Also, with the puzzles, they also feel repetitive with the dice, the paper folding, the emoji algebra, etc. The bonus puzzles are better but there’s much to be desired. They aren’t really puzzles but overused riddles and sometimes quite unfair, eg you had to find out who had treasure by looking at three different docks with one boat each. The answer was the third one because the boat was lower in the water, not even noticeable. But besides all that, this is a great app for anyone wanting to train their brain 👍

I am outraged! I was desperate I saw this and my heart kept the animation was divine the ghost game I started with I adored!! THEN THE ADS!!!!!! You make an app ( one with potential mind you if greed hadn’t overcome your dignity) claiming to help ADHD which I am struggling with in my moment of need I came then it was ADS, LOCKED GAMES I did a test that took me ages and I can’t see it! Plus if you look closely you’ll see that the tests aren’t even real I mean really 🤨 how dumb do you think we are?! This should be NON PROFIT I repeat a NON PROFIT chartity that actually wants to help not some people wanting to manipulate people who trust them! If you agree with what I’m saying or have had a similar experience please say this was helpful because the more people who see this the better as if you are a developer hear this: Just now that out there there is a child who’s trust you betrayed and squashed what already such a little trust in humans. I hope you feel ashamed but it’s not to late you CAN make this APP AMAZING just get rid of ads and you have to pay. ( also one of the ads wordscapes or something says it’s ad free and has no in app purchases that’s a lie and it’s illegal to advertise that way )
