Poor offering and support
We've used this app for several years and have encountered ongoing issues that Imfuna seems unable or unwilling to resolve, often shifting responsibility back onto us as the end user. Customer support is poor, and many of the problems we've reported remain unresolved. We were sold this app as a bespoke solution, yet it’s clear they’ve simply tried to mould our requirements into their existing platform—which doesn’t work.
