Mostly love it

I love the style of the app, it’s so nostalgic to me. I love Oda Nobunaga (in the game), absolutely adore him. However a big thing for me is the MC, I don’t like her attitude and her temperament. I don’t like the way she responds. But that’s simply because I’m not the same type of girl she is, and therefore when she reacts certain ways I wouldn’t it ruins the immersion for me, n I just generally don’t like her because she isn’t relatable to me, and I’m bias but this is a review it’s entirely subjective. Despite myself I do understand an MC must have a personality, but this type just isn’t for me.

I love the dress up feature, even though I can’t really use it lol, for reasons others bring up. This critique is found in other reviews much better than I can word it, so I won’t repeat.

The big thing for me is the way the app is set out, the way it visually looks. It’s so so beautiful and nostalgic to me, inspiring to me tbh, and I just adore it. I’d love to know what the name of it is, but reviews are not interactive lol, so I won’t be told. But I love it very much. Also Oda Nobunaga, I adore him n have since I first found the game so many years ago, I believe sometime near its release.

Love Challenge’s

Now while absolutely love the game, the story line is amazing, the characters are amazing, and so is the home page and little extra activities you can do; one thing i find very annoying are the love challenges that are growing increasing harder to complete. I understand that they are there to keep the reader hooked and still enticed, however i find the fact that all the purchases have to be made in coins (when besides downloading things and actual money, we cant actually earn coins in game) ridiculous. I think maybe either reducing the amount of coins needed to complete certain challenges or just scrapping the whole coin thing all together is a great idea! But besides that great game!

Money drain

Don’t get me wrong, I love this game. The story lines are great and the character development is better than almost any other of these I’ve played. However, the amount of money it forces you to spend is ridiculous. In order to get the better story routes you have to use ‘gold’ the only way to get this is to buy it with your own money or watch videos for gold. The latter of which is completely pointless. You only get 1 gold coin for every video you watch and are capped out at 5 per day, so there is literally no point. In addition, some of the routes require as much as 900 gold coins which will cost you £10. If you’re going to charge a fortune on a game, just charge me a fortune at the start so at least I know what I’m getting into and don’t get into the storyline and have to give up the game half way through. That’s NOT fair. It’s also completely unreasonable to charge so much extra for this game than you’d spend on a book as that’s basically all these apps are: a glorified interactive book.

Addictive but money hungry

Whilst the storyline is quite interesting and the characters are well advanced.( i do recommend Nobunaga, his story is quite interesting). But, I only started playing this just yesterday, the coins do take some time to replenish because you’d need to use them for the love games and the gatcha castle which, can be quite interruptive when you just want to read your story in peace. So you’ll have to at least purchase, use your own money in the equivalent for gold or coins to carry on. Another thing would be, the chapter tickets which you only get 5 per day. You’d need to wait at least 24 hours and when you do, the chapters are quite short in its self. It’s very off putting and I suggest the owners take this into mind and create another route for people who just don’t want to waste their own money as well as making the chapters longer rather than, using a ticket to continue each tiny part. Other than that it’s alright.

One of the better otome apps

Ive given several otome games a go on mobile and out of all of them this one is my favourite. Each character is thought through and their stories and playthroughs are faithful to their individual personalities.
One of my favourite parts is actually your own character. She’s feisty and sarcastic which is much unlike many from other games and it adds a depth to the romances that you don’t get elsewhere.
Yes the game can be expensive but you don't have to spend money in order to get through the stories and if you do spend money it is by far not as expensive as others, plus the free chapter tickets you get every day allow you through enough of the story at a time that you don’t feel starved in terms of how long you have to wait just to get through it.

Great!

This is my favourite out of the Ikémen series, it’s more fluid and the MC isn’t just a Mary Sue who adds nothing to the story. The characters are very lovable and the story is very enticing in many of the routes making you want more. The art style is beautiful and the routes ARE worth the money if wanting a premium route though the money needed for the routes is a little expensive when it comes to the further chapters but to me It’s worth it for the hard work they put in, though that’s just my opinion. To me the way it flows with the text adding to the story, the thoughts of MC being much more in depth than the others in the series and makes you really feel close to the characters more than most OTOME games makes this the best of the lot! Love it. (:

Love it

I really like the way it’s drew and made, it’s addictive. The characters are handsome too and everything it well thought..but the reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the love challenges, you have to buy a lot of kimonos that are expensive and you have to spend ages in getting enough coins or gold, and if you wanna get them fast you have to buy them which is really frustrating. Maybe you can give it an upgrade and erase the love challenges where you have to pay. That’s just an opinion though

Requires Money (a lot)

I’m going to start off by saying that this is a great app and the story lines are just as good. The only problem I have with it is how you have to spend money on coins to get into a different chapter. The thing is you would expect one ad to produce maybe fifty to one hundred coins but it actually only gives you one. I currently have to buy a dress to get on to chapter 3 which is 150 coins. That means I have to watch 150 ads. Also you can only watch 5 ads a day. This game is forcing me to spend money I don’t have. If you can afford this game then you will probably enjoy it. The story lines and characters personalities are clearly well thought out, it’s just a shame that they had to make us spend so much money on this game.

Could do with improvements

This is a good game and I find some of the characters and their personalities extents attractive haha, I’m playing Leyasus story rn and loving it but the process it just too slow. It’s too difficult to get tickets which I don’t think should exist and things are really expensive, especially how now you have to buy certain items to get through. The only way to get coins is buying then as well which I find extremely annoying and the gaining of gold is very slow. The tickets should be much more easily attainable or just finish with them all together.

Apart from all that u think it is an ok game which a good story line.

Expensive

I’m enjoying this so far but you only get 5 chapter tickets a day and the chapters themselves are somewhat short. It’s almost impossible for me to play this without spending money, which is not ideal when you’re not financially stable.
I have to question the purpose of the in game currency as it seems to be completely redundant in comparison to coins you pay for with real money.
I suggest using the in game currency to allow players to purchase chapters, as they will likely be spending enough real money to overcome the challenges set by each route - some of which require significant spending if you want the best outcome.
