Good app with a shortcoming

Just signed up for Basic on my iPad. testing the photo backup and discovered a couple of shortcomings after 10 mins: 1 can’t search by file name. 2 by default does not backup original photo, only what is called good quality??

Continually Crashing since March

I’m going to have to cancel my subscription. I switched to this product from CrashPlan based on the great reviews I’d read.

Nothing works properly it’s incredibly unreliable it crashes on my iPhone every time I try to access it. The metadata is not properly synced with my home Mac so if I could run the application I only have some folders to select from to recover data to my phone.... and then it crashes.

The Mac version won’t let my Mac sleep - I ended up deleting some of the resources from my libraries folder to fix this but of course it doesn’t run scheduled backups now so I guess it’s time to look somewhere else as I’ve waited patiently for fixes to appear but as it’s so unstable on both iOS and my OSX it’s a waste of my time waiting any longer as I’m not protecting my data.

New update oh no thanks. Again the same issue. The whole camera app photos and videos are uploading once again. These people cannot fix anything right. You had one job to do . Why i have to upload all the photos again which was already done like few days ago.
Please do something about this.
You don’t have the option to upload in background. The menu does have the option but it does not even work. You have to leave your phone aside let the app stay open and then the option of background uploading works which is nonsense. And yeah dont lovk your iPhone too.
Will you hear my request and reply me with a satisfactory result. As i do not think you even care for your customers.
