This is the official Hybrid Calisthenics app built around the Hybrid Fitness Routine.

There are 2 main exercise sections:

1.) The Routine - Walks a new person through every step of the routine. Where to start, what exercises to do, how to do them, how long to rest, how many sets to do, etc. It asks you how many reps you've done and tells you when you're ready to move on to harder movements. Great for beginners or those who haven't used the Hybrid Fitness Routine before!

2.) Movement Library - Pick and choose any exercise in the Hybrid Routine. You can use it as a reference to read or it'll walk you through the sets, rests, and reps similar to The Routine. Great for more advanced users and those very familiar with the Hybrid Fitness Routine. We'll continue to update and build to make this great for you!

Set Logging & Movement Difficulty

I love Hampton videos and I’m sure this app could be great but 2 big issues for me is when logging sets it can sometimes not store so you have to go through it all again (and watching the ads) just to try and save the sets you’ve done which is annoying. It may happen once I’ve done more days but I’d like the way to tell the app to give me more than just two exercises a day and a way to increase the difficulty. An example would be I think day 1 wanted me to do wall push ups but there was no way to ‘skip to harder version’ or similar so I have to do 150 wall push ups with the hope it gives me an increased difficulty next time

Best fitness app I’ve ever used

The way things are explained and personalised is amazing, as someone with lots of previous fitness experience from athletics, sports and powerlifting, I’ve taken 2+ years off from exercise for mental health reasons, this has been perfect for me, after 1 week I already find myself moving better in normal life with better mobility and less joint pain from my trade job. The progress tracking and progressions couldn’t be better.

Great for beginners!

I really like the app but there are a few things that would make it better, I think.
1-have an option to pay for no ads. I hate ads in my apps.
2-ability to see what I missed if I didn’t do a previous day.
So far that’s all.
