Worst app I’ve ever downloaded
Impossible to get beyond the home page despite trying multiple times with a good connection (no problem with other apps). Registration was a nightmare too, and impossible to progress unless you allow them to access AND change your profile at any time they like. Worse than useless. Avoid!
Useless
Bought a brand new 5 series chainsaw. Thought this would be a useful app to have but all I get offered is mower functionality.??? No way of adding my chainsaw to this app even though it’s advertised on a chainsaw page in the 2019 brochure next to a 5 series machine. Baffling and highly useless.
What is the point?
I’m sure this app must be of some use to the manufacturer, but apart from registration, it is hard to see how. It’s certainly no use at all to the owner of the product, just a waste of time downloading. Pointless.
