Verification code doesn’t send
Looks good but when I enter my phone number for the verification code, it doesn’t get sent. So can’t use the app.

Not sure
Initially I tried signing up to this app and was getting somewhere. I closed the app after a few questions thinking I could simply continue making my profile later or restart the sign up altogether. However once I came back I found that the app had issues sending me a code despite using the same number, with no indication as to why. I tried several times, waited a few hours and tried again. When that didn’t work I went to find support but found that you can only access the support once you have fully made a profile. Despite all this I do like the idea of this app. It seems honest and upfront about it’s values and reasoning, even providing short readable answers to questions throughout the sign up process.
After getting in contact with Dan, he quickly relived the issues I was facing and explained them to me easily. He was genuinely lovely and upfront about what was happening. I can’t wait to see how that reflects in this app

Basic issues
Saw an ad for this so I downloaded it. For one: it crops photos really weirdly. Secondly, for the second verification code, I do not get sent a code no matter what. Very basic issue that I can see other people are having too. Why release this app if it isn’t working properly I wonder? You need more prompts too. I wish I could give a proper review as it looked fresh and new!
