Alter the size of the box where you type reviews again - it’s too small now
The size of the box where you type reviews after a journey isn’t as big now after the latest update and because I type such long reviews, I have to scroll very slowly to check word for word what I’ve written before submitting. The old size of the box was a lot better. What were the app developers thinking unless it’s a glitch in the update that’s caused the size of the box to become a lot smaller. Either way, the size of the box where you type reviews needs to be changed back to its old size. Great app, use the company so much, I’m a loyal customer but this is one complaint that needs resolving by the app developers .
Went the extra mile
Forgot debit cards at Home, and had no cash. Both cards were on Apple Pay on phone in hopes of using contactless, which the driver had none. Called the office, and they were patient enough to help find a payment alternative. Good job.
Garbage app
First off there are two apps, not sure which you’re meant to use so used them both. Neither of them allow you to add card payment details - one says you have to obtain an account ID and call Huddersfield Taxi’s, the other app appears to add the details only for them to disappear immediately and you have to re-add again and they keep disappearing. Taxi office don’t seem to have a clue as they seem to think the app works and you can pay by card - yeah right! Look at all the terrible reviews for this garbage app. Unfortunately the service I’ve received recently by calling the rank was also garbage, so won’t be using this sorry excuse for a taxi firm again!
