Description
With an exciting summer of cricket ahead this summer, the Hospitality Edgbaston app provides you with a secure ticket wallet for your hospitality tickets. With features that have been designed with hospitality clients in mind, the Hospitality Edgbaston ticket wallet will securely hold your hospitality tickets.
Accessing your hospitality tickets
Hospitality Edgbaston app provides access to all hospitality tickets for entry to Edgbaston Stadium. To access your tickets, please download the app and create an account using the e-mail address that you have used for your purchase. Once logged in, you will be able to access your tickets in the My Tickets tab.
My Tickets
Within the My Tickets tab, you’ll be able to view and manage all of your hospitality tickets for Edgbaston this summer. (Please note, any general admission tickets can be accessed via the Edgbaston app).
You’ll be able to see full ticket information and access additional information such as FAQs and itineraries ahead of your visit.
Hospitality Edgbaston ticket wallet will ensure that your tickets are kept safe and secure-the QR code you will need to use for entry to Edgbaston will only become visible within 24 hours prior to gates opening.
Ticket Transfer
Hospitality Edgbaston ticket wallet has been designed with our hospitality guests in mind, making it easy to transfer tickets to each hospitality guest attending Edgbaston this summer.
With the e-mail address of each individual guest, you can safely and securely send tickets to another guest who will be using the ticket. To access this feature, simply press the Transfer button on each ticket you wish to transfer.
After your guest has downloaded the Hospitality Edgbaston ticket wallet and registered using the e-mail address you have entered, the ticket you have transferred to them will appear in their My Tickets tab.

Poor UX
So frustrating. Why do you need to know my nationality and country of residence? Why is United Kingdom not the first option? Why do you ask for my preferred language and then only give me one option to choose from? And goodness only knows what I did to confirm my date of birth and enter it into the form.
Too many fields which are too difficult to fill
Awful. Childish developers with no common sense
This is one of the worst apps I have used in a long time
I was forced to use it to get my tickets for a cricket match - this in itself is pretty dumb but it is so hard to use
Autofill is not available so everything has to be typed. I imagine that 99% of users will be English and living in England but you have to find United Kingdom in the drop down list and then find +44 in the phone list
Surely these should be the default options!!!

Clunky
Clunky and doesn’t work smoothly at all, been waiting on an email to come through for ages now to get the tickets I’ve paid for.
