Persistent technical glitches and useless customer service
Don’t waste your time or money on this app. I paid to have 10 readings but after asking a few questions, my entire chat history vanished and when I asked further questions to try to understand what had happened/get my chat history back, my question allocation (which I had paid the money for!) kept reducing but I got no response (or at least if I did, it didn’t show up on my blank chat history). Escalated the issue to customer service who were unable to resolve and simply suggested I try reinstalling the app. When that didn’t work and I asked for my money back instead, I was ignored.

Scam
Whatever you do, don’t waste your money on this app. The personal reading is a scam. You get conflicting readings which makes it obvious that it is not the same “astrologer” doing your personal reading and they don’t even bother to read the chat previous chat history. The last one was written by someone who couldn’t even speak English! Riddled with grammar and spelling mistakes. Shocking! Also, the information tab claims if you are a premium user you have a 3 question allowance for personal readings per week, but you are only given one. This app doesn’t even deserve a star!!!
