Left stranded
Usually have no problems with this company but on this occasion left me stranded an hour from home after the driver refused to take my dog even though I stayed in the notes I needed a pet carrier. Won’t rely on them again
App Times Wrong
Drivers are all lovely but sometimes the app will say a driver is half an hour away and they show up two minutes later. it would be better if it had an accurate time in case people end up walking home instead or booking another taxi company. my only complaint, overall it’s a great company
Don’t bother.
Two times I have Prebooked a taxi over 9 hours in advance, and 2 times this company has utterly failed to be on time or even assign a car by the prebooking time. Even when you phone them up you’ll be met with lies and time wasting, you may even get hung up on and left with no information after being nothing but friendly. Go with any other form of transport if you actually want to be on time, these guys are complete dog water.
