No need to import order! Works well.
I read the last review and tried it myself. When I tried to import my order, it came up with the same error. But I think it automatically imported my order as when I checked tickets, there was my order! So a bit confusing, but seems to work well. Looking forward to my trip!
Absolutely invaluable for a visit to Barcelona
Only discovered this app a day into our trip but it has been invaluable. A quick type in of where we wanted to go and the route was offered. It worked every time. This app in conjunction with the four day travel pass meant getting around the city was a breeze. Would totally recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.
Useless
I was trying to add a travel card that I purchased on their website but there is no way to do that. If purchased it online and the only way to collect the travel card is at the metro station which is 1 bus ride away from my current location, which could mean I have to pay the bus driver a one-way journey to the metro station. 🤦🏽♀️

We are sorry that your experience was not satisfactory. Comment that you can download the purchases made on the web to the app, you only need the email and the purchase order. As for the Holabarcelona Travel Card tickets, it is impossible for us, by now, to have them on the phone yet and that is why you need to redeem them at any station on the Metro network, which is very extensive.
