Horrible
At the beginning I used the app many times and i have to say it was great and I gained a decent money out of it. But recently they made some changes to the application making it the worst application I have ever used in my life, they changed so many options giving the shopper all the right to do what they want and preventing the traveler from even chatting or negotiating the reward he will be given. So at the end it became such a waste of time and I deleted my trip and will never use it again
No payment
I have used this app once for 1 journey and I haven't been paid until now although all deals were submitted. I have submitted complaint forms but all I get is an automated medsage saying that they will respond within 7 working days. Very poor customer service.
Scammers
It’s been over a month and they didn’t pay me and keep saying payment issue, yet 2 weeks ago they said money has been transferred but nothing and they not responding for 20 days now
