Lemongrass Corner
Fantastic hosts Michal,Gosia and their boys. They could not do enough for us.
Hillside Meadows near Inverness is a little piece of Heaven on Earth. Nestled at the bottom of a hill surrounded by hedgerows, each pitch and there’s only four at the moment is edged by beautiful grass meadows.
No showers, compost toilets, no EHU.
Fire pits and wood can be provided.
If you’re wanting total rest and recuperation and at one with nature this is the site for you. We will definitely be going back.

Glitchy calendar software
It’s a shame to write a one star review for this site.
Overall they’ve actually done a good job with the new layout and app.
However, I have had software issues from the very get go, firstly the app never recognised me as a campsite owner and only gave me the guest version of the app. The bigger issue though is that the application keeps creating additional spaces in my calendar where previously it’s been blocked. This has led to guest arriving to our site on more than one occasion when we have been closed for a privet function. Completely embarrassing and frustrating for all party’s involved.
There idea of customer service mostly comprises of an ‘Ai Alpaca’ and I must say is very very frustrating when you have a genuine issue.
I really hope they can get a few of these issues sorted as it is almost a very very good app.
Fake instant confirmation!
Booked a glamping stay next year for the Eclipse. The booking said instant confirmation and payment was taken. The owner contacted me within 10 minutes to say Hipcamp should not have confirmed it as it was not available. She was very apologetic but said it definitely could not be booked. This was on 5th May, on 7th I still had not been refunded so I contacted the owner asking for her to get Hipcamp to refund. It’s now 10th and still nothing. Not impressed at all and I’m over £600 out of pocket
