Not sure why all the negative reviews, if your looking to buy the ENCO x2 with iPhone the app works great! I just updated, set the headphones up to my liking and set up EQ all in about 10 mins.

Oppo enco air with iPhone 12 pro max works fine. Updated the ear buds firmware from this app but doesn't really have much else to it
