Make words that must touch vacant tile spaces and meet minimum word-length indicators shown on tiles. The tutorial at the start of the game explains the rules, so pay attention and you'll get away to the best possible start.

Hexiled's four different modes offer something for everyone. Waiting for a friend or at the coffee shop? ESCAPE games take a couple of minutes (or 15-30 seconds if you're really good!). Learning new words and having fun
I've had this game on my phone for a while and I still play it all the time. It's challenging and you feel a sense of achievement when you win. I like that you are trying to beat yourself and although I think my vocabulary is quite good I have learnt lots of new and unusual words ,normally found when forming chains in desperation when the timer is running out.
Would definitely recommend.
New to this, it’s nearly as good as...
This is a good puzzle and very enjoyable but the limits prevent successful progress before familiarising with it. I used to have a puzzle called Spell Collapse, similar layout but a few steps ahead. This still nice, but the limits make it harder too soon, for me anyway. A gradual ease in to the numbers on tiles would be a good option, what do you think developers? Or ..maybe have it as a user option? With the numbers / without them, like we do with sounds. A pause function would help too please? Chronic pain (hands) prevents a whole game in one sitting. If you can consider these requests I would be grateful. Kind regards.

I haven’t been playing long but I’m fairly sure this will become a firm favourite of mine. Addictive, everlasting, with great music and both timed and untimed versions of play. Love the stats too, particularly the dictionary definitions of words used at the end of each game (although some not totally in tune with the definitions I’m used to, presumably an Australian slant). Thoroughly recommended for word game fans.
