HerFitBod is built to provide a better experience for you to achieve your fitness goals.
The app lets you easily access fitness programs, track workout progress, and manage your fitness journey. From the home page, view daily fitness statistics, nutrition overviews, and progress updates to stay on top of your goals.
The Fitness Calendar helps you follow workouts, track progress, and check off tasks like weighing in or uploading progress photos. The Train Tab provides detailed programs with exercises, sets, and instructional videos to keep you focused and on track. HerFitBod also works with the Apple Health App to keep track of your steps and calories burned.

What’s New

Version 8.9.0

Coaches are now able to complete programs completely with the push of a button, we’ve added the ability to use EMOM in the program builder, and now clients can upload videos for their habits. Beyond that, clients can now head to their profile to edit their goals, limitations, height, etc.. Finally, we received reports that clients might be getting a bit lost in the number of days of the Train tab - we’ve now added a highlight around which day is coming next to make navigation easier.
