We are an inclusive, supportive community for beginners who want to simply start being active with daily live classes, community challenges and virtual events. To those of you who want to take your activity to the next level and need help, and support with training plans and programmes to get you there.

Stay motivated with our unique fitness levels and rewards system! Her Spirit connects seamlessly to Apple Health, allowing you to sync your activity effortlessly. You can also link your preferred fitness tracker, including Garmin, Polar, Fitbit, and Strava, to accumulate Her Spirit fitness points. The more you move, the more you unlock—discover whether you’re a Ninja, Rockstar, Wild Cat, or Warrior as you progress through 38 levels of trackable activity!

Top top App.. not just another ‘health’ app

If you’re looking to become a better version of yourself and are looking for support with eating habits, mind and/or body health look no further. There is something for everyone in this app and the community is so supportive. I’m a big fan of the live cycling sessions but also the strength and hiit sessions. There’s a monthly food planner to help with healthy choices and heaps of information about looking after yourself. In addition there’s a yoga class, Pilates class, running programme, swim programmes and much more. I’m a huge fan of the podcast that has guests from all areas of life offering insights into their successes. Come and join this fab community.

Best fitness app & community for women

It’s not just an all round fitness app it’s a huge community as well. All the instructors & coaches are excellent especially ensuring you get posture correct first.
The various sessions and activity specific plans are easy to follow & gradually build as you go. Great for whether you are starting out or going for some big event. It will give you the confidence & encouragement to push yourself.

A proper online community

An online community that quickly feels like your close workout buddies. A variety of online live classes to join in with at convenient times throughout the week. Knowledgable coaches willing to help you with whatever your health goal from beginner upwards. This community has given me so much joy and I continue to look forward to being part of it.
