Description
Helpling Partner is the app for service providers working with the Helpling platform to receive and manage cleaning jobs easily via smartphone. Whether at home on the sofa or on the way to your next job, you can manage your business anytime and anywhere. With the notification function, you receive live updates about your jobs on the go.
The app is available for cleaners working with Helpling in France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland, Singapore, Switzerland and Australia.

+ Manage Your Appointments: Choose to accept new bookings and change requests from existing customers.
+ Payments and Transfers: Claim payment for completed jobs and view previous payments

Good company, app not so great.
I like the concept. I don’t get many offers though and when I do, by the time I get to the app - usually within the hour, someone has beat me to it.
The app seems very outdated / basic, I’ve fed this back several times.
I just hope Helpling check all the details of the customer the same way they check the details of the cleaner. I’ve had some untruthful / weird acting customers before. I’ve later found that their review name has changed to Account Terminated, so that May suggest not.
They’ve also increased the payout times. You used to get paid on a Wednesday for a clean you did on Saturday. Now it’s the following Saturday or even the Monday after that.
I also once had an issue with a customer who’s payment failed and Helpling had no way of obtaining the payment from them. They should authorise the amount of the clean then take it on completion of the clean.
If that customer had decided not to pay or continued to have no funds (I think that was the issue), then I probably wouldn’t have been paid to this date.
I do think Helpling take way too much commission for one off cleans though. I’ve now turned them off. Helpling take almost 60% of my the one off clean fee which I don’t think it’s fair.
All in all, it’s a good company. Perhaps you need to live in certain areas to get a steadier stream of customers. It can be a good part time income.
Waste of time !!!
The first time I’ve created a account in Helpling before I get the chance to get some job they just banned me from the app claiming I scheduled it with the client and didn't show up… The second time everything run as normal and I started to work , but it was extremely disappointing … The clients never give you the enough time , always 2 hours , maximum 3 hours of job , they never want more than that… They want you to do many things in a very short time and never call you back… One thing that I’ve realised seeing many peoples complain about scam , not receiving the payment after work , is that Helpling don’t care about the workers, they earn money with us but keeping supporting disgusting scammers!!

Dear Jessica, of course, customers decide for themselves what duration they want to book. If you need more time than given, just talk to your customers about it. If you need support. please call your local service team - of course we care about the service providers on our platform! Best, Helpling.
A very disrespectful company with a provider
Well, I did work for this company for a month and as a provider I would never recommend it to anyone.
They just don’t care about you and your work. But when it comes to the customer or even charging 30€ will be instantly solved.
Dissapearing payment is also something very common so beware with that if you are planning to start working for them.
And yeah basically your customer can just ghost you and they will never be charged and if it is the other way around we’ll just prepare to spend your 3h of work somewhere else with the amazing fee that they will charge you without a blink.
Respect your providers, otherwise there will be no one to charge the absurd fee taxes on each booked appointment.
