Transportar y montar tus compras va a ser más fácil que nunca, un Vanner de nuestra plataforma lo hará por ti de forma rápida y profesional.
HelloVan conecta transportistas registrados previamente en la plataforma con clientes del líder en venta de muebles y decoración para transportar sus compras, montar sus muebles o retirar algún mueble usado y depositarlo en el punto limpio más cercano.
HelloVan es fácil de usar, profesional y rápidos gracias a su simple sistema para calcular el servicio y contactar directamente con el transportista justo después de hacer la reserva.
El perfil del Vanner: Cada transportista tiene un perfil social verificado ya que somos nosotros quien los da de alta en la plataforma, permitiendo conocer información útil antes de hacer una reserva para solicitar sus servicios ( fotos del vehículo, matrícula, fotos de perfil, valoraciones, capacidad del vehículo,..)
Las opiniones: HelloVan quiere crear una comunidad de confianza con millones de opiniones (los usurarios que utilicen el servicio podrán valorar el servicio del vanner haciendo posible construir un servicio de calidad y confianza on-line).
La calculadora de precio: HelloVan calcula automáticamente un precio por cada servicio en función de los kilómetros de distancia entre el establecimiento de compra y el domicilio de entrega, además de la cantidad de compra. El servicio de montaje se calculará en función del coste de la compra a montar.
Servicio RESERVA: En la reserva de este servicio el usuario calculará el coste del servicio y el mismo decidirá que transportistas le llevará la compra, eligiendo una franja horaria de entrega a partir del día siguiente.
Servicio EXPRESS: En el servicio Ahora el cliente solicitará un transportista al momento según la disponibilidad y la cercanía al establecimiento donde ha efectuado la compra el cliente.
El mapa: Busca en el mapa de forma fácil y divertida la dirección de tu casa o lugar de entrega para calcular el coste del envío, si no también puedes meter la calle manualmente y localizarla rápidamente.
Una nueva experiencia de compra en tu tienda de muebles y decoración preferida, envía y monta tus compras de forma económica, social , cómoda y más rápida. Una plataforma basada en la relación entre personas que promueve mover las compras de forma diferente. ¡Te atreves a probarlo!

Excellent Service
Had no idea how we would get the 2 mattresses we had just bought home, when we realised that they wouldn’t fit in the car! When we asked at customer service about delivery, they sent us outside & by the exit we found HelloVan. Several people where being served so we joined the queue & very quickly were served by an English speak man. He told me to download their app. Which you need. After that very quick & easy. That was early afternoon, next morning mattresses were delivered.
Excellent service. Was it expensive? Probably not, it was definitely worth it, to get mattresses home. They were very heavy & difficult to carry.
Definitely use them again.
Excellent reliable service
Bought numerous pieces of furniture including tv cabinet and table and chairs. I also bought lots of soft furnishings and kitchen equipment. Outside ikea store friendly men who spoke English made it no problem to deliver from Malaga to Estepona. A price was agreed. Everything was transparent. Down loaded their app as we spoke. All delivered on time. For an extra fee agreed at the time of booking ,they put all the furniture together and took the rubbish with them. Very good price. Def recommend.
Ikea delivery and assembly
Extremely happy that we used Hello Van to deliver and assemble a selection of items bought from IKEA in Murcia
The delivery guys were very polite, efficient and did an amazing job, we were very happy with the overall outcome and will definitely use them again in the future
