You can’t get stamps after opening hours
You can’t order after opening hours on the app and the opening hours are often 30 min before gym close. The juice bar allows you to order until close time, but then you can’t get the stamps. I understand why you close order 30 min early, but why not allow members to scan to get stamps? I’ve missed out on so many stamps because of this!

Thank you very much for raising your concern,
The app stops receiving orders 30 min before closing time of the gym to avoid issues with orders requested past the closing time.
However we are always happy to help with any situation like this one, if you ever find yourself facing this situation please email us on info@heliix.co.uk from the email address registered to the app and stating your name and attach a picture of your receipt and we will manually add the stamps to you.
