DO NOT USE THIS SEVICE
I purchased 80 mins package, used 13 mins and then went to start a new ride- I tried 3 bikes, none of which worked, each one cost $1 to unlock. I was left stranded in an unsafe area despite being surrounded by Helbiz bikes- none of which worked. I emailed to complain and ask for a refund for the remaining 67 mins that I was UNABLE to use due to their rubbish service and was told this was not possible. Waste of time, waste of money, left me in a vulnerable position, no refund! DO NOT USE
Scam
Made me deposit 10$ and charged me from that the first ride, after that the only payment option was directly from my card and not what was left of the deposit, so I have 7$ in the account that I can’t take out or use. It’s not a lot of money just scummy way to do business.
