Heavenly Desserts 4+

Complaints:
1. "Fresh" strawberries were mushy and damp
2. Mango milkshake came with popping Boba and barely tasted like mango, it wa practically just sweetened milk.
3. Other milkshake was also very liquid, even after being put in the fridge right after we got it
4. Chocolate "sauce" hardened in the fridge, showing that it was clearly melted chocolate and not sauce
5. Pistachio ice cream was WAY to sweet compared to the others and only had a hint of pistachio flavour
6. 3 scoop order didn't come in a milkshake cup like the rest; it had 2 scoops in and actual ice cream cup and one in a cupcake container
7. Strawberries and cream ice cream was just vannila flavour with strawberry jam in it
8. 3rd milkshake had a really big lump in the whipped cream.
I am overall disappointed, the rest of the order was alright, but it's still a bit of a scam because it costed pretty much.

I ordered on the app, nowhere to declare intolerances and allergies, notes don’t go to the poor workers who just want to get the orders correct so almost ended up with something I’m allergic to at no fault of the team members. Very disappointing

I ordered a biscof cronut and when it got it tasteld stale and old. The biscoff was so sweet and sticky it was dark brown and to my surprise they got my order wrong it turns out they gave me a chocolaty one and my milkshake had a lump in the foam.
