Some Tips for Hearts Beginners!
- Scoring points in Hearts is not a good thing (unless you collect ALL available points)
- Each hearts suit card is worth 1 point
- Beware the Queen of Spades - a card worth 13 points!
- If you collect all points available in the game, they get thrown to your opponents in a dramatic feat called Shooting the Moon!
About Hearts Subscription
Hearts Subscription is an optional subscription that gives you access to seamless play without any ads, the ability to play extra goals and exclusive themes.
You can subscribe to Hearts for a term of one month, six months or for one year. New subscribers can choose a one-week trial subscription at no cost. The monthly term costs US$4.99, the six month term costs US$9.99, and the yearly term costs US$24.99. The subscriber’s iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Renewal prices are US$4.99 per month, US$9.99 per six months, or US$24.99 per year. The subscriber's iTunes Account will be charged for a renewal in the last 24 hours of the current period. Purchasers can manage their subscription and turn off automatic renewal in their Account Settings.
Subscriptions may be stopped by turning off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A subscription cannot be canceled in the middle of its term.

Great Little Game
I have been playing this game for a few months now. It is my go to game for killing time. I love it!
The graphics are clean and clear, and the sounds are likeable.
Gameplay itself is smooth and fast. I have it on difficult mode and I think it is challenging enough. The computer competitors play fair most of the time. Somethings it feels like the game doesn’t want you to do well, but overall I don’t feel myself getting annoyed with what is happening.
The addition of the ‘undo’ button I do and don’t like. On one hand it is great if you have 2 moves in your head, and the one you choose doesn’t work out, you can go back and try the other to see if it’s better. But on the other hand, it has definitely been used by me to undo a move if I ever feel cheated or hanged up on by the computer!
Overall a brilliant game!
Side Note- To the person in the previous review who says there are too many adverts- if you turn off your WiFi and Mobile Data whilst playing, the advert only loads as a still screen and you can click the x straight away 😉
Good but needs tweaking
This is a fun app but there are a few things stopping it from being a great game.
As lots of people have mentioned, the ads are way too excessive. I’ve gotten used to them by now but having one consistent banner ad could be less intrusive than a 5 second ad every hand.
The computer also tries to shoot the moon too much to the point where it’s predictable yet appears fixed that they’ll have the cards to do it and you’ll need to sacrifice any game plan to stop it. Even if the opportunity to shoot the moon disappears (by another player getting a point), the computer still tries to get the remainder of the points which is just unrealistic and shows the flaws in the AI. It also appears that they’ll play certain cards to ‘bait’ the user into getting points which seems quite counter productive. If the shoot the moon frequency could be adjusted then this would be more enjoyable

I’m playing this game form around a year now. Love this to bits. Today I thought to read the reviews for this app. Some of the reviewers are complaining that top spot in Grand Master is taken by AI. Just wanted to tell all that I’m sitting at number 1 for about few months now but honestly I play a lot of hours. Please don’t judge the developers for this. I usually don’t write the reviews but as I love this game, I thought I would clarify the impartiality of the developers.
