Glitchy
disconnecting from the program (I am in range with the phone)
Problems loading, meridians has been an issue for a while & wont load at all.
Frequently have the delete & reinstall the app to overcome glitches.
Great tool but please sort out this tech! We’ve paid fortune & improvements need to be made to the app. I’m a version 1 customer and these issues have been around a long time. Come on Healy!
It’s not letting me run my Healy programs 😢
It’s not working on my iPhone 11….
I go to press on a Healy program and it automatically goes back as if it automatically pressed an exit button so I cannot use my Healy device and a paid a lot of money for the top of the range Healy device but this current version of your app will not allow me to use my Healy and it’s been like this for a few months now and I NEED to use my Healy device as I’m not well.
Please get this app fixed.
Customer service isn’t good
I’ve been having connectivity issues with the healy on my brand new iphone. I’ve reported the issues several times and only receive the same answer (install all again) after 2 weeks of submitting my query. They also reply using a noreply email. So customer service is not good at all. Hope it gets better.
