Impressive and very easy to use
I have been using this app for a few weeks now and have been impressed with how easy it is to use. It’s step by step process allows you to make a balanced decision on if the ailment you are experiencing is something you can manage yourself, something you may need to seek further advice on or something that requires immediate attention from a qualified professional. Really easy to use
This app is great for when you’re just not sure what the problem is and what level of help you need. It’s like the NHS 111 service without the risk that they’ll unnecessarily send an ambulance or tell you there is nothing wrong with you, which are the two extremes they seem to work from.
It’s so easy to use, you pick the category of problem, answer a few questions and it tells you the likely cause and the correct action to take.
