Great functionality and clean interface - glitchy recently
Hi,
Recently every time I log in to the app it shows a blank screen without any data loaded. When I close and try to log back in I am advised to try after some time as ‘user session was terminated incorrectly’
Please fix this as it prevents me from logging into my account through other devices also

Got even worse now
It was OK app before and now after the last update I am not able to login. It’s wants to bind my mobile number to app which I do by sending the text msg to Indian number and it’s failed to bind it by giving the error msg that my mobile number is not registered with bank. What the hell. I am NRI customer and receiving the OTP and other updates on the same UK Mobile number since I opened the account.
Sort this mess out or else you will loose me as Customer.
If there was option to give minus rating would have given that.

Just Flipping Brilliant!
I can’t tell you how much I prefer HDFC over the likes of BOB/AXIS and other malfunctioning banks in India whom do not provide ample app services.
Absolutely brilliant user interface. Full functionality of adding payees, stopping cheques etc. Everything that you would expect from a reputable bank.
