Useless
If location is on and you are moving. then you cannot book as it keeps setting your location to where you are currently. So if booking in advance while on train, not going to work. If you turn location off, it sends the booking request, but it never goes through. Oh, and the notification icon is always on. As is, app os useless.
Really good app easy to use
Really easy to use app works just like uber. Ordered a taxi for later that day, booking confirmed immediately with an estimate price and I could track the driver on the map when they were on their way.
Pointless
I booked a taxi several days ahead of my travel date via the app. The app stated it was confirmed and I was to pay for the journey with cash. Come the day of travel the taxi never arrived. So I called the office and they stated I now needed to pay via a link before they would dispatch a taxi.
Now I have no problem if this is their policy. I would happily pay ahead to time. But this was not the case. They used stated cash when travelling was their policy and they had changed. Because of this change my taxi was half an hour late.
The operator I spoke to was all to aware of this issue but was not happy to take my complaint and raise it further. So the customer service is awful with slopy shoulder employees that want to bat you off rather then pass on a complaint.
Would only use this firm if no one else was available …. And even then I’d consider walking
