Good concept - easy to use

Had a load of clothes to get rid of before I moved country, didn’t have time to upload to Vinted/Depop. Only having to take a couple of photos and getting an instant price was a great timesaver.

Prices were lower than what I could sell for myself but was willing to accept due to the convenience and bulk aspect of the service.

Avoid this app at all costs absolutely atrocious!

I had a terrible experience with Haru. I was initially offered £240 for my items, but then they claimed one item was fake, dropping my total to £180. After that, they said my items were of too low value, which the app should recognize beforehand instead of proceeding with a price offer. My total then dropped to £60 I decided to accept it, thinking it was better than nothing.

I sent my parcels and waited… and waited. Three weeks passed with no payment. I chased Haru by email, WhatsApp, and phone. I called five times, and no one ever answered. When I did get a response via email, it was slow (every 3-5 days) and never gave a clear answer about when I would get paid. Then my Haru app showed an error, and once again, I got no response.

A whole month later, I finally received my payment a shocking £12. That’s a complete joke. From £240 to £12? One of my items alone was worth £20! I thought this would be more efficient than eBay or Vinted, but clearly not.

Stay away from this app at all costs. Haru, I want all my items back this was a scam, and I am beyond disappointed.

First time using Haru to send some old
Items off, easy to use app and it’s nice it’s tells you how much you’ll get for you clothes before you send them, I did have an issue with my parcel once when I sent it off,but this was resolved in a quick and efficient way, will be using again to sell my old clothes, also massive shout out to Naomi who works in customer service, she’s a credit to your company, very polite and resolved my issue within a few days
