Description
With the New River Sport and Fitness app you always have your local leisure centre in your pocket with quick and easy access to book your favourite fitness classes and activities. Get up-to-date information, news, group exercise class timetables, offers, events and receive push notifications for important news.
APPLE HEALTHKIT
We also use HealthKit to allow users to share their activity and workout data with the app. This data is used to incentivise users to stay active.

Ratings and Reviews
Not as good as Fusion app
Worse than the Fusion app. Council had months to get this ready, but it’s awful. On opening the app, the landing page says “open app”, I just did open the app, so why do I need to tap twice. The lido and indoor swims are no longer separated - used to be separate with fusion app - you have to scroll all the swim slots to find lido slots. Membership card is no longer hosted on the app, you used to be able to tap your membership card on the turnstiles, now it’s gone back to a physical card like it’s 2006 or something. Can’t believe I’m saying it, but bring back Fusion.
Impossible to register
I have been trying to book and pay for a swim session. It says I need an account but when I try to register it only offers the monthly membership accounts, even though it says there offer pay as you go accounts.
Poor upkeep at Park Road
As members We have been promised that the issues suffered at the hands of Fusion would be resolved when Haringey took it over in October.
However all you e done is put up new signage.
The ladies showers have not run hot for the best part of this year. They’re freezing.
The hot and cold showers in the health suite don’t work.
The Steam room has been out of action for six months or more.
The Lido is invariably too cold to swim in.
When we ask for a completion date on the works- no one has an answer.
It’s pretty pathetic.
Yet still we pay our membership.
