If you just want to track things that you want to do 7 times a week

This is not the first tracker I have tried. It seems to be set up for tracking things you want to do once a day, 7 times a week. I can’t see how you input a target number per week or month. The first habit I wanted to put in was 3 times a week, after ‘ticking’ the 2 days I had done it so far that week, it was saying I had done 33% (days of the week I had rowed, not having done 2 of the 3 days I had planned to row)
If these functions are available, they are well hidden!
