Patterns is a habit tracker app that makes logging new days easy and satisfying. On the home screen, you have a few recent days to log in, but to see the full view of all the days, you can go to the habit details screen.

Simplicity always wins

There’s no shortage of habit trackers on the market, but Patterns wins by design. I’ve used several apps successfully and they always end up bloated, unfriendly, or not upfront about their limits before a paid plan (I have no objection to paying, but if the rules aren’t clear then I don’t think it’s fair on users). Patterns is the antidote. Ideally you want these apps to just do what they do and do them well, and yes it does.

I’ve made one feature request, that you get to see what your longest streak was. When that ships it’ll be perfect - also worth noting after I made this request I got a reply from the developer so the a realistic estimate of that feature. It’s always great to have good communication between user and dev!

Love it

Love the approach to simplicity and compliance with iOS system style. Please keep it this way. Im not sure which habits I need tracking, feel free to consider adding suggestions on the main screen with predefined smiles.

Widget function doesn’t work which was a real selling point.
