Ratings and Reviews
Good but with one glaring issue
You should not be able to book a class when the cancellation window for it has closed in my opinion. My phone is broken and as a result I booked a class that I'm not going to and cannot cancel it because it is outside of the cancellation window
Update is rubbish!
This app was excellent. My phone auto updated to the new app on Friday. Tried to book a regular class with my gym this morning and won’t load at all! Keep getting an error message ‘failed to contact the server in a reasonable time’. It also says ‘you have no upcoming sessions this week’ even though I have 2 booked. Turned off phone and still the same, will delete app and download again to see if that fixes it but shouldn’t have to do this!
Slow and poor search
The system is slow to access the class options and often gets a server error before completing a booking
To find a class you have to scroll through all classes in time order - adding a favourites or some way to navigate to specific classes ie squash or swim would really help make it easier to use.
