You can choose between two subscription options: pay month by month, or commit to your training with Alpha Progression for a year and receive a discount! When you subscribe for the first time, you automatically get a free two-week trial period.
During your trial period you can use all of the Pro features. The initial term of your paid subscription begins after the trial period and only if you did not cancel your subscription via the App Store.
Your subscription will automatically renew for the subscription length if you do not cancel it via the App Store at least 24 hours before its end.

Your gym
• You can now change your gym via the profile and the exercise database.
• There, you can edit your available equipment and weights, which now depend on the active gym.
• This combines the old gym profiles and weight options and gives more flexibility to those training at multiple gyms.
Plate calculator
• Via "Gym > Weights" you can now set your weight type to "Bar and plates", in addition to "Ranges". You can then enter your bar weight as well as what type and quantity of plates you have.
• This determines the weight suggestions (e.g., for progression recommendations).
• When using "Bar and plates" the new plate calculator will be shown when entering a weight during your workouts.
Changes
• There are two new achievements.
• Small improvements to the progression recommendations.

A very good (possibly best!) gym companion
This gym companion app gives a two week trial to test it out—unlike many other apps here— so that’s an automatic bonus. Besides that, this app has a wide range of exercises, probably the widest range I have seen in any app. For example, the hip thrust has a variety of variants. This app actually has quite a few of those variants such as hip thrust with the Smith machine, the barbell, single leg, dumbbell. With a lot of other apps, you’d have to insert them manually. If an exercise doesn’t exist in their database, you can add it manually. So, it does allow customization. (You’d be surprised at how many apps do not allow customization.) The database of exercises is balanced—by that I mean there are plenty of women-centric
and men-centric exercises. I asked the exercise wizard for a booty and leg focussed workout, and it matched 90% of my personal trainer’s plan! Incredible! Impressive! I think the price is very fair for the flexibility, the features, and the algorithms. It’s definitely the best AI gym app I’ve come across.

Best gym app
Even after 6 months at the gym I was still wondering around trying to figure out which machine to use, how to use it correctly and not mix up back exercises with chest etc. I was recommended this app via womens fitness suppport group on fb and it has been a complete game changer! I’ve created myself a 4 day plan and have multiple exercises in each category, there’s a video to remind you what to do/correctly. It tracks the weight you can do on each machine so you don’t have to struggle to remember. I’m honestly so greatful for this app! It has improved my confidence so much and I feel like I can master any machine now where as before if I couldn’t work it out from the diagrams on the side of the machines I’d walk away. Take a bow - you’ve created an amazing app that is helping so many people.

Just what I needed!
Honestly this app is soo helpful. It’s got amazing features, such as being able to create your own workout plan depending on the amount of days you workout, what your experience is, etc - and it creates all of the exercises for you. You can even neglect/focus on certain muscle groups - such a good feature.
There are 400+ exercises on here, all with videos on how to perform them & detailed instructions, so super helpful for new gym users. It’s also so good to track what weights/reps you use so that you can make sure that you are making progress each time.
Super easy to use and some brilliant features.
