Very Beautiful & Thoughtful Interface and Very User Friendly
This new update has a Very Beautiful & Well-Thought-out user friendly interface. Every design element is well thought through and laid out. Perfect spacing between design elements and the right font size used appropriately. The colour scheme for the design elements is just right and perfect. Everything just looks great and works as expected. Money transfer process is now much easier and user friendly. There’s a lot good things I can say about this new update but let me stop here for now. The new app is indeed a breath of fresh air. This new update is by far the VERY BEST I have ever seen on the GTBANK app! Kudos GTBANK and to your software engineers, UI & UX team and your entire mobile application development team. You guys have done a truly incredible work. God bless you all!
Feedback on Ms Dorcas Ajibola
I’m obligated to give this feedback in recognition of Ms Dorcas Ajibola’s excellent performance. This is not just a one off situation, but a consistent pattern of excellent customer care and service delivery. Over the past 6months or so, I’ve had bank related issues to resolve with the GTBANK Dugbe in Ibadan; regarding frozen current account, ATM renewal and money transfer error. In all of these incidents, Ms Dorcas has acted competently and professionally to resolve the issues. I have been very impressed with her friendly disposition, her willingness and readiness to help at all times. Given my observations of and experience with Ms Dorcas Ajibola on these occasions, I would like to commend her outstanding customer care qualities and recognise her as a highly valued GTBANK staff. UNIMPRESSIVE UPDATE
Thank you for this new great App. Unfortunately the new app does not have some the previous features. 1. We are no longer able to see daily transfer limit. 2. We are no longer able to see our transactions beyond the last 30 days as against over 1 year in the previous app. 3. Customer should be able to increase/decrease their limits via the app subject to approval. 4. Where a customer have 2 different account, we should be able to pull up transactions of each separately as it was the case in the previous version and not combine as it is now. 5. The App text colour is also not friendly to customers with vision impairments. Please work on this.
