Grailed – Buy & Sell Fashion 9+

This app is amazing to get items for steal prices and get items you have missed out on which is why I have rated it so highly however, some action needs to put into place because there are some major negatives

1) SCAMMERS: My first time using this I was scammed of a Pink Supreme bag and Supreme abstract tee in blue (worth over £150 in total and didn’t get money back). My problem isn’t that there is many scammers it’s that after I was scammed even though I had details like his address and phone number I didn’t get any help just an apology and was £150/two items down. Because the scam was apparently outside of Grailed (WHICH IT WAS NOT)

2)CUSTOMER SERVICE: This leads to the second issue, customer service. Imo, customer service is poor and emails need to be gotten to a lot quicker also, more action needs to be done instead of the “your problem not ours” type of attitude.

3)OVERSEAS SUPPORT: This is a small issue but, people who buy and sell outside US/Canada have major issues with currency, if prices could be set to local currencies like GBP, Euros etc. It would be way easier to calculate profit margins and easier buying for foreign customers!

I hope this is helps, honestly if these things are improved Grailed could be as big as sites and apps like eBay, Depop, StockX and more (internationally) Not saying it’s not big, just saying these things could make it bigger!

I downloaded and used this app for the first time, upon signing up I must have received 18 emails within the first 3 hours telling me activate my account. So it just annoyed me so much I just deleted the app. Also, there’s no filter by colour. Is this going to be introduced into the app at some point or?

Poor service as always from grailed. Late responses. No live chats. Poor mods. Sellers being banned for no reason. Not actual bans for bad sellers or buyers. Zero protection from grailed apart from an annoying auto system. This site needs a lot of work. Offers should be automatically paid for once accepted like other sites. Spam messages and scams are increasingly getting worse. Listings being removed for bad moderation resons. Most mods are ignorant to fakes and ban whatever they want or feels right when people sell 1000's of fakes constantly and grailed turns a blind eye even when reported. It's a shame. Used to be so easy to use a fluid, now it's just a money cash cow to just milk as much as you can without improving anything. Posts needs a report button. Comments need to be removed and be in control of sellers. The best is the blog posts and that's not even about buying or selling.

You call yourself one of the bests. Maybe once you've earned it you can claim that title.
