Hello, my name in Graal is darkness5017. I am writing to tell you that you will enjoy this game if you like exploring a world and learning tricks about it and effectively being good for the first 150 hours or so at most. This is a good open world game however I think it could be better; one thing is that the map could be bigger and add new things.

For example, the game is way overpriced. The best gun (BAR) is 200k which takes a lot of time; however an admin named BitzSam ruined the game for many people by nerfing it, now it can’t spam. At most I would say keep it at 100k but admin want iTunes money and that’s their main method of money ;(.

I have been in this game from 2013 but this game didn’t deliver any significant updates and only updates once a month just for a bad vip item that’s easily replaced and not any contribution to the game.

Most people play this game for role-play nowadays so get ready to have this in your phone just for memories :), or I guess you could waste your time PK/Spar/Multiplexing for rewards.

This is a 2D game where you would have an opportunity to play like you are living in an actual city, where you would have the chance to meet friends from all around of the world, chat about each others culture, hang around together, and it has one of the most friendliest community I have seen after playing many online games, which is what I enjoyed the most, sitting together and have a laugh. It also consists of lots of action, where you could group up your fellow friends and to claim your turf with various tactics and skills, with more than 100 guns available to choose. The developers of the game have also worked very hard to constantly update the game and to make the game interesting for the players, and the graphics in game is just fabulous. Most importantly, this game is not one of those pay-to-win games, even if you are a beginner in the game, you would have no difficultly getting along with people and getting used to the environment and I promise, you would love this game at first sight!

I think this game has one of the if not the worst customer service in game. Their ‘support graal’ doesn’t even work. Seems like they are only doing ‘selective replies,’ I’ve wasted a whole month waiting around for a reply whereas my friend had two problems and got both them resolved within a few hours of submitting them.

If not for that I would say this game is a 5 star.

Don’t get me wrong the support members like ‘player relations’ team are pretty good (some of them).
