Google Earth 4+

This is an amazing app!!!!! Honestly it’s helped me so much throughout the years!! Also, it’s great for if you want to find your way around somewhere to get used to it! I love the street view because it’s really clear and I love how you can find out information about fascinating places around the world. Also how there are games and they show you pictures of the correct answer - they look incredible. Only one tiny problem, and to be realistic with you, it’s not really a problem but it’s that the street view could do with being updated. Because it’s a little old now, but other than that... A-MAZE-ING!!!

google earth is a reminiscent app for me. looking back throughout the years, it has always been there, in school when we were allowed on the computers, searching up where everyone lives and everyone talking over one another about who’s house to search up next. i moved out of my 16 year old home just before after 2023, and i have never missed something non living more than my old home. i was born there, where the floorboards were still being built, and i was days old, placed in a moses basket where the rays of lighting used to beam across half of the ready made floor in the lounge. my bedroom, that went through many changes, and saw friends, crying, arguments, even my grandmothers passing, as she used my room as a final place to lay as her time became limited. that room, the kitchen, my favorite toilet even, all still there, yet i am nowhere near. the only place that it remains in time, is google earth. so for me, it’s not a bad app, not at all. it logs and keeps memories of what we all wish to stay in forever.

Today I was measuring how far it is from lands end to John õ groats to see if signs are right , it only let Me use kilometres I went to change it all the options were there I changed it to miles but it ignored my click and I tried doing it again 10x but still didn’t do it . It matters because all the uk signs show miles . Also street view is buggy and needs serious improvement the status said 2011 version so I updated it but still said 2011 so if I am still to us this app your lucky but good directions I traveled Edinburgh with relying on this app so please consider when buying this app.
