Reliable, professional & customer focused taxi company
I am a regular customer of this Peterborough taxi company. They are reliable, professional and customer focused. I like their customer booking application due to the fact I like many others don’t carry cash anymore. Goldstar are also heavily focused on helping vulnerable people in communities across Peterborough particularly the elderly. I have been impressed by their donations to children at Easter and recently to older people during the heatwave. Keep up the good work. K.Berkley
Very Good Service
Use them frequently, much cheaper than other local services. Once left my phone in the back, realised five mins later, asked a random lady to help me phone the Goldstar office, the operator was straight on it, the driver drove back and handed me my phone. Saved me a lot of money there. Will use this than any other service
Not getting my money back
Hello Goldstar, I am writing this feedback in the hopes of at least returning my money back. I have scheduled 2 pre booked fares but then I found someone to give me a lift so I cancelled them (I paid for them with my card) and I didn’t get my money back. I called you guys and you said I should be getting it back in maximum 48 hours if not I should contact my bank. The times over - I didn’t contact my bank yet but are you serious? Nevermind the money but can you at least fix it? This is just stealing, I tried to pre book again btw and it said I didn’t have enough money (because I had to use the last of my money for those)
