The delivery drivers are always late which ruins the food.

The delivery drivers are always late!! What is the point of booking a specific time if they won’t stick to it- it makes the restaurants look bad because they take so long to deliver they ruin the food. Currently waiting for my order and it’s 20 minutes late so far.

Bad service

Tried this app twice. can never locate my
Address or even close when trying to find delivery address. App updates when food is ready and from that point it can take the delivery driver however long they want to reach you.. dinner turned up cold and dry.. I know this isn’t a usual problem as I have used restaurant plenty of times before.. drivers don’t even say a word at the door. I even blamed the restaurant and put a bad review.. the restaurant accepted the issue and explained that was the reason they have never done deliveries before. I tried to phone to ask if someone could take my review down because I can’t via the app and they said someone would ring me within 24 hours.. 3 days later I rang again and they just said exactly the same thing after explaining about the drivers taking a while they said at least the restaurant made things right.. I now won’t be using go eats again and wouldn’t advise anyone to bother

Long wait and cold food

Have used twice now, food has taken 2 hours to arrive (at time of ordering it was estimated to be less than 45 mins) food has been cold once finally arrived. We’ve contacted the restaurant directly on both occasions and have been told it was because GoEats was late to collect.

I am not sure why you have mentioned in your reply that I have used your service again as this is not true and therefore unsurprisingly I will not be giving a 5 star review - I really hope that this is a genuine mistake on your part and not a fraudulent attempt to make my 1 star review look something that it isn’t!
