I have a U50 5G version device,working brilliant when I travel to Europe and Asia, much better than my EE roaming, can share the data with my friends and family,the data price is much cheaper than my roaming data ,I would recommend it to everyone who has business and holiday travel .

VoiceOver Support Destroyed
Below review still applies: VoiceOver users unable to use app after nearly a year. May have to purchase replacement device from other vendor. This latest update has destroyed what little useful VoiceOver support existed; now, I cannot even review device settings or switch data packages. There are several critical things you need the app for that you can't do on the web, so this is a terrible blow. Please get someone to use VoiceOver and test accessibility. The service is great. The u2 device is less good: it keeps dropping out when using a SIM card that is roaming. And the app is terrible and needs work. I would recommend only if you need the service.
Quick way to waste money
I used this device for 15 days in India. I wasted o data so much, I will never use it again. If you have some datas left before expiring date, you can convert it to points. However, my points disappeared for no reason. I once cancelled a package and the refund was send to my GlocalMe account, not to my credit card. Therefore, my only choice of not to waste money was to keep buying packages. I was very unhappy with the 24/7 support team. The support team’s attitude was “as we are a good company, I will help you” that made me feel I was making unreasonable request. Never again…

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. For Day Pass data plans, they expire at local midnight (24:00). Our customer team has already compensated you with a new plan and refunded the amount to your balance. If you require a refund to your bank card, our App customer team can assist you with the process. Additionally, the points you converted are still available in your account. You can check your points on the GlocalMe App by navigating to 'Profile' > 'Points'. We hope this resolves your issue and look forward to helping you stay connected on all your future trips!
