GetHabit: Create a Better Me 4+

This app is amazing, it is really useful for my routines. I have never had a great routine before but this has really helped, it also has helped me to do chores for my mum. This app has made things 100x better. 😊

I got the app with the intention of using it for the 3 day trial that was advertised but then it charged me right away. The second charge was partially my bad, I got a pop up window after signing up asking if I wanted to get the same subscription for a discount so I clicked yes but then got charged that price on top of the original price. I contacted the email provided a couple weeks ago when this happened but no one has gotten back to me and I don’t know how to contact them otherwise. On top of that, the app isn’t as useful as I would have liked so I would have deleted my account before the 3 day free trial would have been up. But I can’t do that now that it’s all been paid for. Very disappointed, to be honest.

Do yourself a favour and don’t download the app.

I have come across this app on instagram and purchased the free trial week via their website. I have downloaded the app but cannot use the premium offer, it’s asking me to pay again. Also the payment of £23 was taken only 4 days after the subscription to the said 7days trial.

When I realised that I couldn’t make use of the subscription I emailed them straight away to cancel the recurring payment. This is the only way to make the cancelation if you subscribed via website. I emailed on 2 different addresses three days ago but got no response.

As soon as the transaction is not pending anymore I will contact my bank to stop further payment from being taken from my account.

Message to the developer: people work hard for their money. We want to pay for services that actually work. Shame on you for scamming people and taking advantage of them. Shame on you for ignoring emails and continuing to take payments for an app that cannot be used.
