It's great when it works!

It's actually a very clean app, and does all the basic things you need to do very easily. My only problem if for some reason when recording clips the audio will just stop recording. This happens ALL the time, i think maybe it's a hardware problem with the ShadowCast. Also sometimes when recording long clips it will just stop recording after a while. Sometimes a few minutes, sometimes a few seconds and it gives you no feedback this has happened.

These issues have been present since day 1 and have never been address. I assume the devs know about these and they are unfixable problems, but some transparency would go a long way for good will with customers :)

Doesn't work.

Macbook Pro M1, it worked once on first launch, and since reboot it just shows a black screen on two switches with two different USB-C cables.

No troubleshooting guides online and no mention of how to resolve, not even an FAQ page for the device on their website.

Hello.
It seems to be a permission issue.
Could you go to System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy and check if Genki Arcade has access to use Camera and Microphone
