After securely registering your bank cards, there's 3 easy ways to collect rewards.

Just pay with a registered card in any connected store and do nothing else. You don't have to do, show or say anything.
(2) Instant Vouchers
In selected merchants type into the app how much you want to spend and we'll create an instant voucher for you to use. Give it to the merchant to scan and BAM! Free money.

I was loving this app.
This was amazing, my partner works at a Geek Retreat so we’re by often. I use the app to buy my weekly food shop in Tesco, whenever I need to buy my daughter clothes and will use it to sort of days out. All for cash back to spend in store. Problem now is that I’ve been unable to purchase any gift cards, the other merchants don’t even come up on the list unless I manually select “my location” then I have less than 2 seconds (honestly that’s probably a stretch) to click the search bar or they disappear again. Past that point it goes to a loading screen and won’t move past it (no it’s not an internet problem)
I’m going to speak to the franchise owner to see if he can relay this to Head office (which I’ll then change my review) because it’s generally a good app prior to this issues occurring.

Unable to use card
App doesn’t allow Monzo cards to be added to the account and therefore I can’t get the 20% back in store
