dont waste the money

50% of the time the app crashes, i spent money for the extra options witch dont work i brought it before when it first released and had to rebuy recently hoping that it was because the app was improved but has not really been changed since it was released, only speed up searching stats by a minute and still have to retype names if it misreads them

Good app

Only issue is having to occasionally having to change the names but apart from that it’s really good. Not sure what the attackers and defenders under peoples names are because I bought the add on but it isn’t their most played or highest k/d. Wondering if anyone could tell me what that is

Picture recognition

The automatic word reading only works on half the players. Plus i bought premium and it has actually made the app worse. Whenever i try to look at a specific profile, the app crashes and closes the app or it has an “API” issue which just isnt true since it was working minutes before i bought premium.

The Stats From Scoreboard feature has been demonstrated countless times and works well for most people. The only variable in the equation is the user itself. Hold your phone back a bit, zoom in. Line up with the grid. Avoid pixelation and waviness. Tap the screen and drag the ☀️ icon down slightly to lower the exposure.

The API error.
This has nothing to do with you buying Premium, nor do the crashes. We are constantly making improvements and fixing bugs like this and we are aware of the crash that can happen occasionally when searching a profile. Keep in mind this only happens to 2% of the users. The API error is a real error which is displayed because something went wrong that is not your fault. There was simply a miscommunication between your device, and the Ubisoft stats service. Bear with us as we continue to grow and develop.
